About The Position

Stefanini Group is hiring a Business Systems Analyst (Healthcare) for a 100% Remote position. This role involves formulating and defining systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding, combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. The analyst will develop or modify moderately-sized information systems, including analyzing business and user needs, documenting requirements, and revising existing system logic issues as necessary. The position also considers the business implications of applying technology to the current business environment and assists less-experienced Business Systems Analysts. The role requires staying current with business requirements and needs based on future industry trends and changes, understanding their implications for existing technology.

Requirements

• Associate's Degree or Technical school or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant experience in the field
• Experience formulating and defining systems scope and objectives
• Experience in systems development lifecycle, including requirements gathering and design
• Participant in multiple phases of an integrated system implementation
• Background in a health care, sciences or information systems
• Data Entry
• Familiar with uploading data

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• 2 years of relevant experience in the field
