About The Position
The 3 BAs will work alongside the Project Manager on the project to integrate forensic information into the agency's Enterprise Health Record (EHR) Oracle Cerner Millennium. They will help to develop, run, and troubleshoot test plans and testing for the implementation. They may also help to review business operations, assess evolving business ideas, liaise between groups and offices, and communicate recommendations to the assigned reporting structure.
Requirements
- Expert level skill in MS Excel, Vision, and PowerPoint
- 8 Years Gathering and analyzing requirements related to data management, reports, and analytics
- 8 Years Gathering business requirements from stakeholders
- 8 Years Gathering, compiling, evaluating, and interpreting complex information
- 8 Years Capturing key elements during meetings and brainstorming sessions, generate group member direction, and lead group to define and achieve goals
- 8 Years Presenting work results and recommendations in a written report or a verbal presentation
- 8 Years Experience with health information systems
- Visio, HIT, EHR, Oracle Cerner Millennium experience

Responsibilities
- Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
- Gather, review, and analyze business and industry data, including KPIs, financial reports and other key metrics.
- Liaise between various business departments and groups
- Assess options for process improvement, including business process modeling
- Maintain documentation regarding various projects, processes, and operations
- Document the findings in a clear and concise manner
- Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional team
- Other duties as assigned by the Sr. PM
- Develop, run, and troubleshoot test plans and testing for the implementation
