Requirements

Must hold a current, valid RN license or temporary RN license, or hold a compact RN license. Must maintain valid licensure to practice as a RN.
Must be knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures, terminology, laws, regulations, and the guidelines that pertain to Assisted Living in WA State.
Minimum of one (1) year nursing leadership experience.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Minimum of one (1) year experience in Assisted Living/Memory Care preferred.

Responsibilities

Assist in developing and maintaining nursing objectives, standards of nursing practice, nursing policy and procedures, methods for coordination of nursing services with other guest services.
Coordinates clinical programs as assigned (i.e., Staff Development Program, Infection Control Program, etc.) and maintains all tracking and reporting systems for the programs.
