About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a kind and highly motivated Health Shop Retail Sales Associate for its Onalaska Pharmacy. The associate helps customers with health and wellness products, manages product inventory, and supports store management. Strong interpersonal skills are important for creating a welcoming atmosphere where visitors feel valued and supported. This is a casual position with flexible scheduling. Shifts vary Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; Saturday shifts are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; and Sunday shifts are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The starting wage is $16.86 per hour, with higher pay possible based on experience. Emplify Health describes itself as a not-for-profit, patient-centered healthcare network formed through a partnership of Bellin Health and Gundersen Health System.
