About The Position

Emplify Health is seeking a kind, highly motivated Health Shop Retail Sales Associate for its Onalaska Pharmacy. The associate engages with customers, manages product inventory, and supports store management. Strong interpersonal skills help create a welcoming atmosphere where visitors feel valued and supported in their health and wellness journey.

This is a casual position with flexible scheduling. Shifts vary Monday through Friday between 7:30 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.; Saturday shifts are 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. or 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.; and Sunday shifts are 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. The starting wage is $16.86 per hour, with additional pay for experience. The organization offers career growth opportunities and access to its Career Development Center, as well as supportive departmental leadership.
