What you will be doing: Are you someone who is passionate about the safety and well-being of adult and juvenile Alaskans receiving residential treatment services? The Division of Behavioral Health is seeking a dynamic individual to join our collaborative and supportive team as a Health Program Manager 2. In this role, you will directly manage Behavioral Health Residential Child Care Facilities (RCCFs) and Adult Mental Health Residential (AMHR) programs. You will oversee licensing investigations into reports of alleged harm, licensure noncompliance, and other violations to help ensure safe, high-quality care for vulnerable children and adults. You will work closely with dedicated colleagues and leadership, engage with local, state, and federal partners, and provide training, technical assistance, and regulatory guidance to RCCFs and AMHR program staff.
