Join the dedicated team at the Cultural Development & Wellness Center (CDWC) at Aurora Mental Health & Recovery (AMHR), where compassion, cultural understanding, and community impact are at the heart of everything we do. We are seeking a part-time Health Navigator (20 hours per week) who is bilingual in Pullar or French and English to support our Refugee and Immigrant Clinic (RIC). As part of a diverse team of navigators with lived experience reflective of the communities we serve, you will play a critical role in helping immigrant and refugee clients access and navigate behavioral health and wellness services. This position provides outreach, education, prevention and wellness support, care coordination, interpretation, cultural brokerage, and case management services to promote wellbeing and reduce barriers to care. The ideal candidate is passionate about serving immigrant and refugee communities, skilled at building trusting relationships, experienced in interpretation and behavioral health support, and committed to helping clients achieve their goals.
