About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life, health, and fixed index annuity products. No prior insurance experience is necessary; the company trains people from a variety of industries and provides ongoing support. Experienced insurance agents are also welcome to apply. This is a 100% commission 1099 role with no base salary, with a pathway to W-2 employment. The company provides leads, training, and appointment setters at no cost to the agent. Although the organization operates from a home office and agents can set and manage their own hours, client appointments take place in person, so this is not a fully remote role. Reliable transportation is required.
Requirements
- Must be teachable.
- Must be self-motivated for a commission-based sales role.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life & Health License.
- Must have reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
- Must be good with people.
