About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life, health, and fixed index annuity products. The role is open to experienced insurance agents and candidates from other industries; no prior insurance experience is necessary. The company provides free warm leads, in-house appointment setters, training, and ongoing support. Agents meet with clients in person, so the role is not fully remote. This is a 100% commission 1099 position with no base salary and a pathway to W-2 employment. Representatives can set and manage their own hours.
Requirements
- Must be teachable.
- Must be self-motivated for a commission-based sales role.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life and Health license.
- Must have reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
- Must be good with people.

- Prior insurance agent experience is welcome, but not required.
