About The Position

The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life, health, and fixed index annuity products. The role is suited to someone with integrity, a strong work ethic, and an interest in helping people. Insurance experience is welcome but not required; the company provides training and ongoing support, and welcomes candidates from a range of other industries.

This is a 100% commission 1099 role with no base salary, with a pathway to W-2 employment. The company provides leads and training at no cost, and in-house appointment setters support the sales process. Representatives set and manage their own hours, but meet with clients in person, so this is not a fully remote role. The company describes its offering as including free leads, company-paid office space, advanced commissions, bonus and incentive trips, and weekly pay. With production, health and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, and equity ownership are offered.

Requirements

• Be teachable.
• Be self-motivated; this is a commission sales role.
• Have or be willing to obtain a Life and Health license.
• Have reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
• Be good with people.

• Prior insurance agent experience is welcome but not required.
• Experience in other industries, such as hospitality, education, healthcare, or military service, is welcomed.
