About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with insurance and financial products, including life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. The company welcomes experienced insurance agents but does not require prior experience; it has successfully trained people from a range of other industries. Training and ongoing support are provided at no cost, along with fresh leads and in-house appointment setters. Agents meet clients in person, so this is not a fully remote role. The position is a 100% commission 1099 role with no base salary and a pathway to W-2 employment. Agents can set and manage their own hours.
Requirements
- Must be teachable.
- Must be self-motivated; this is a commission sales role.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life and Health license.
- Must have reliable transportation to meet clients in person.
- Must be good with people.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience as an insurance agent is welcome but not required.
