About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultive health and life insurance representative to help clients with life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. The role may suit candidates from a range of industries; prior insurance experience is welcome but not required. The company provides training, ongoing support, fresh leads, and in-house appointment setters at no cost to the agent. Representatives meet with clients in person, so the role is not fully remote. This is a 100% commission 1099 role with no base salary and a pathway to W-2 employment. Agents can set and manage their own hours. Benefits available with production include health and dental insurance, a 401(k) match, and equity ownership in the company.
Requirements
- Must be teachable.
- Must be self-motivated for a commission-based sales role.
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life and Health license.
- Must have reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
- Must be good with people.
