About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuity products. Experienced insurance agents are welcome, but prior insurance experience is not required; the company trains people from a variety of backgrounds. This is a 100% commission, 1099 sales role with no base salary and a pathway to W-2 employment. The company provides leads and training at no cost, and offers ongoing support. Although the company operates from a home office and agents can set and manage their own hours, representatives meet clients in person. The role has a weekly pay schedule.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License; the posting describes a 20-hour online self-study course.
- Reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
- Must be a people person.
