About The Position

The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. The company welcomes experienced insurance agents but does not require prior insurance experience; it has trained people from a variety of other industries. The role provides company leads, optional in-house appointment setters, training, ongoing support, and access to competitive carriers. Representatives set and manage their own hours and meet clients in person, although the company operates from a home office.

This is a 100% commission 1099 role with no base salary and a pathway to W-2 employment. The position has a weekly pay schedule. Requirements

• Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License; the described online self-study course is 20 hours.
