About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life, health, and fixed index annuity products. Candidates with insurance experience are welcome, but experience is not necessary; the company provides training for people from a variety of backgrounds. This is a 100% commission 1099 role with no base salary and a pathway to W-2 employment. The role includes a weekly pay schedule. Although the company operates from a home office, representatives meet clients in person. Agents can set and manage their own hours.
Requirements
- Must have or be willing to obtain a Life Insurance License; the required online self-study course is 20 hours.
- Must have reliable transportation for in-person client meetings.
- Must be a people person.
Nice To Haves
- Previous insurance agent experience is welcome but not required.
- Experience in other industries, including bartending, serving, teaching, healthcare, or military service, may be relevant.
