About The Position
The Assurance Group is hiring a consultative health and life insurance representative to help clients with life insurance, health insurance, and fixed index annuities. Experienced insurance agents are welcome, but previous insurance experience is not required; the company trains people from a range of other industries. The role is commission-based, with company-provided leads, optional in-house appointment setters, free training, ongoing support, and flexibility to set and manage your own hours. Agents meet clients in person, although the company operates from a home office. The position is a 1099 role with a pathway to W-2 employment and has no base salary. Requirements
