About The Position

Performs x-ray functions, documents accurately in EMR system according to licensure and regulatory guidelines in a courteous, caring and respectful manner. Maintains appropriate logs and licensing according to state and Board Examiners. Responsible for maintaining all supplies and equipment. Maintains a close working relationship with staff to ensure proper workflow. Supports and assists other practice activities as necessary.

Requirements

Completion of formal radiologic technology coursework in a school approved by the Council on Education of the American Medical Association
Must have passed an examination within six (6) months by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologist or eligib
Current and valid license from the State of New Jersey X-Ray Technician Board of Examiners
BCLS certification required
Ability to use critical thinking skills (analytical, clinical reasoning, decision-making, problem-solving, time management, etc.)

Strong orientation towards the provisions of high quality, cost effective and comprehensive medical care

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in a clinic, medical office or off-site medical environment preferred
ARRT Certification preferred
