X-ray Tech
About The Position
Perform all x-rays in a fast-paced orthopedic clinic. Bring patients back to exam rooms and triage patients. Prepare exam rooms, restock supplies for clinic, power up computers, etc. as needed. Assist other team members as needed. Travel locally to satellite offices as schedule requires. Friendly and Professional patient communication when answering and returning patient phone calls, providing various forms of patient education and handouts, escorting patients to and from exam rooms, appointment/surgery reminder calls, responding to and chart patient messages and communicating test results to patients with direction from physician.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively with patients, TOC physicians and staff
- Ability to work under pressure and deadlines
- Outstanding organizational, verbal and writing skills
- Independent, highly motivated
- Exhibit initiative and self-discipline
- Proven positive, “teamwork” attitude and work history
