About The Position

This is a position within Keller Executive Search and not with one of its clients. As the Head of Staffing, you will lead and oversee all staffing functions within Keller Executive Search, driving strategic initiatives, streamlining processes, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality staffing solutions to meet client and organizational needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in staffing or recruitment.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of staffing best practices and labor regulations.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client and candidate relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced degree or relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience within professional services or recruitment industry is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement staffing strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
  • Lead a high-performing staffing team, providing coaching and professional development.
  • Manage end-to-end staffing processes, from candidate sourcing to placement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership to forecast staffing needs.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with clients and candidates to ensure successful placements.
  • Monitor key performance indicators and continuously improve staffing operations.
  • Oversee compliance with relevant labor laws and company policies.
  • Manage budgets and vendor relationships related to staffing activities.
