About The Position

GotPhoto is seeking a commercially strong Head of Sales for the US & Canada to lead their sales efforts in these markets. This role involves managing the sales team and directly handling a portfolio of strategic enterprise accounts. The ideal candidate will be a strong people leader and an effective hands-on seller, capable of driving execution, enhancing sales discipline, and securing high-value opportunities in prioritized segments. The Sales Manager will be accountable for new customer acquisition, GMV growth, pipeline development, deal progression, and overall sales team performance. This position requires close collaboration with Marketing, Customer Success, Product, and Revenue Operations to ensure effective targeting, conversion of opportunities, and a positive customer experience.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, revenue leadership, account management or expansion-focused roles.
  • Proven experience managing a sales team while also directly owning strategic accounts.
  • Strong track record of driving new business revenue and high-value deal execution.
  • Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance team leadership and hands-on selling.
  • Strong pipeline management, forecasting and CRM discipline.
  • Ability to coach salespeople on discovery, value selling, negotiation and closing.
  • Executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to turn metrics into clear actions and improved performance.
  • Experience building sales processes, playbooks and operating rhythms in a scaling business.

  • Experience in photography, creative services, marketplaces or other service-driven verticals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, coach, and manage the US & Canada sales team.
  • Own and grow a portfolio of strategic accounts and high-value opportunities.
  • Drive new customer acquisition and GMV growth across the US and Canada.
  • Build and execute sales strategies for customer acquisition.
  • Manage pipeline discipline, forecast accuracy, and deal progression from lead to close.
  • Coach the team on discovery, value selling, objection handling, negotiation, and closing.
  • Improve conversion rates across key funnel stages, including lead-to-demo, demo-to-opportunity and opportunity-to-close.
  • Ensure strong CRM hygiene, accurate sales reporting and clear visibility into team performance.
  • Build and refine sales playbooks, qualification frameworks, and account prioritization processes.
  • Partner with Marketing to improve lead generation, targeting, and messaging for larger customers.
  • Collaborate with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs, onboarding alignment and customer retention.
  • Share market feedback, competitive insights, and product gaps with Product, Marketing and Leadership.
  • Participate in industry events, trade shows, and customer visits to generate pipeline and deepen market relationships.
