About The Position

INTRAVIS Inc. is seeking a driven, energetic professional who will grow revenue by providing first-class technical sales support. As an Inside Sales Engineer, you will serve as an internal and external technical consultant through each step of the sales cycle. You must be customer-oriented with a high level of technical communication skills. The position reports to the Director of Sales & Marketing.

Requirements

  • Engineering Degree, or relevant Technical Degree
  • Minimum of 2 years professional experience in related position
  • Excellent presentation and creativity skills
  • Very high level of computer literacy
  • Willing to travel domestically and internationally to support sales
  • Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience with vision systems, computers and/or packaging equipment

Responsibilities

  • Grow sales by providing all aspects of technical support to outside sales personnel
  • Confirm solutions to meet customer needs, including management of the Feasibility and Request for Quote processes for the sales team
  • Prepare quotations that meet profitability goals and match company strategies
  • Provide product education for outside and inside sales
  • Produce support materials for the sales team, including technical writing pieces
  • Create and deliver powerful presentations and demos that clearly demonstrate the value proposition of our products
  • Occasional travel to provide field support for the sales team; or to make engineering evaluations
