About The Position

We are looking for a Brand & Content Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you will develop content that embodies Code Gaia's brand, sound, and builds trust in our brand and expertise. Many of our content pieces are the first point of contact with Code Gaia, so it's important that they are not only technically correct but also understandable, approachable, and visually consistent. You will develop content ideas from current market signals and frequent questions from our target audiences. In monthly exchanges with our Sustainability Team, you will leverage relevant expert knowledge and translate it into understandable content. Your responsibilities will include creating blog articles, LinkedIn posts, newsletters, landing pages, website copy, and sales enablement content. You will conduct customer interviews to develop credible case studies for our website and other channels. You will think about content multichannnel, meaning one topic can lead to a blog article, several LinkedIn posts, a newsletter, or a webinar. You will maintain content in WordPress and implement emails, forms, lists, and simple campaigns in HubSpot. You will evaluate relevant content and campaign metrics and, together with the team, derive improvements. Additionally, you will plan and support selected webinars, trade fairs, and events, from communication to follow-up.
