About The Position

At Truvo, we are building a fully autonomous consumer insurance broker — saving the average household hundreds of dollars on insurance while better protecting people for the worst moments in their lives. We are rewiring a trillion-dollar industry that still runs on phone calls, fax machines, and legacy carrier systems. We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team. We are looking for a Head of RevOps to build the operational infrastructure that powers our revenue engine. You will partner closely with our Director of Sales and cross-functional leadership to architect the systems, data pipelines, and processes that turn raw inputs into predictable, scalable revenue. This is a systems and operations role — not a sales role — focused on tooling, data integrity, process design, and cross-functional alignment.

Requirements

  • You have built and scaled revenue operations infrastructure at high-growth startups — ideally from early stage through rapid scaling — and you know what good looks like at every stage
  • You architect scalable systems and processes. CRM mastery, data pipeline design, and cross-functional workflow optimization are second nature
  • You live in the numbers — attribution, conversion rates, LTV, CAC, pipeline velocity. You build the models and dashboards that drive decisions
  • You thrive in fast-moving environments and can stand up a functioning RevOps infrastructure in weeks, not quarters
  • 5+ years in revenue operations, business operations, or growth operations at high-growth startups, with a track record of driving measurable operational impact

  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or lead generation.
  • Familiarity with AI-driven tools, automation platforms, and voice AI systems

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement the end-to-end RevOps stack — CRM architecture, lead routing logic, pipeline stages, workflow automation, and reporting infrastructure
  • Own revenue data integrity and build the forecasting models, attribution frameworks, and dashboards that give leadership real-time visibility into performance and unit economics
  • Architect repeatable, scalable workflows across sales, marketing, and customer success — eliminating friction, reducing manual work, and enabling teams to move faster
  • Work with engineering and product to connect and optimize the tools across the revenue stack — ensuring clean data flow between lead sources, CRM, quoting platform, and carrier systems
  • Serve as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, product, and finance — ensuring shared definitions, clean handoffs, and unified reporting
  • Leverage and optimize our AI agents and automation tools to maximize throughput and efficiency across the entire revenue lifecycle
