About The Position

The Head of Quality, North America (VP level) is accountable for product quality, safety, compliance, reliability, consumer experience, and financial results across the full product lifecycle—from concept, design, sourcing, and validation through manufacturing, distribution, service, warranty, and field learning. The Head of Quality will set regional strategy, targets, governance, organization, and investment priorities; integrate quality functions across design, suppliers, manufacturing, product lines, field, and service; prevent risk upstream; and build predictive quality capability. The leader will also govern critical incidents and recalls, drive sustained business and brand improvements, and develop a prevention-focused culture and capable organization.
