Head of Product

CNXUSA, OR, Work-at-Home, OR
$210,000 - $250,000Remote

About The Position

Concentrix is a global technology and services leader that powers the world's best brands. iX Suite is Concentrix's family of AI-powered products for customer experience. It spans three product lines: agent-assist software that makes human agents faster and better, customer-facing AI automation that resolves issues end to end, and an intelligence and memory layer that makes both smarter over time. iX Suite is strategically central to Concentrix. This position will be remote/WAH and can be performed anywhere in the United States. This is a build-inside-a-large-enterprise role. You will ship great product by partnering closely with engineering rather than commanding it, by designing commercial models that fit a services-led business, and by creating demand and clarity in an environment that does not run on classic product-led-growth mechanics. If you are energized by shipping real product under real constraints, this is a role with genuine scope and impact. If you need full org-chart authority over engineering to feel effective, this is not the right fit — and we would rather be honest about that up front.

Requirements

  • Ten or more years in product management, with at least three to five years leading product in a senior or head-of-product capacity.
  • A track record of shipping software products inside a large, complex, matrixed organization — where you delivered by influencing teams you did not directly control, not by relying on reporting lines.
  • Experience owning a product roadmap end to end, including hard prioritization and cut decisions under fixed external commitments.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business complexity into a clear product strategy that both non-technical executives and technical leaders can act on.
  • Experience partnering deeply with engineering as an equal, and with commercial and delivery functions, to get product into production.
  • Must reside in the United States or have a valid U.S. address for residence.
  • Only applicants who are legally authorized to work in the United States will be considered for this position.

Nice To Haves

  • Product leadership in an environment with heavy IT, security, or compliance dependencies — where other teams controlled parts of your critical path.
  • Experience building or evolving commercial and pricing models for software delivered inside a services, enterprise, or embedded context, rather than pure self-serve SaaS.
  • Experience shipping product while the organization itself was changing — a restructure, integration, carve-out, or platform consolidation.
  • Applied experience with AI or machine-learning products in production.

Responsibilities

  • Product strategy and roadmap across three product lines, unified into one coherent plan and narrative.
  • The build-versus-partner-versus-consulting decision for new products and features.
  • Launch-readiness decisions: owning the criteria, the checklist, and the accountability for whether a product ships.
  • Creating a great culture of product management across a team of 20+ product managers.
  • Post-launch product performance review and the fast-follow feature decisions that come out of it.
  • A single source of truth for product materials, built and maintained jointly with the Commercial leader.
  • Market intelligence, competitive landscape, and product-level enablement.
  • Joint responsibility for pricing and packaging, in partnership with Commercial.

Benefits

  • medical, dental, and vision insurance
  • comprehensive employee assistance program
  • 401(k) retirement plan
  • paid time off and holidays
  • paid learning days
