About The Position

The Head of Product Marketing will own Veriff's market understanding and positioning. This role is crucial at a time when Veriff is building a vertical go-to-market motion and focusing on segment-driven growth. Product Marketing is central to positioning, enabling Sales, shaping vertical strategy, and driving product go-to-market. This is a build-and-elevate role where the individual will bring structure, clarity, and commercial impact to the function, supporting Veriff's next stage of growth. Reporting to the CMO, the Head of Product Marketing will lead a lean PMM team and partner with Sales and Product to translate technical differentiation into compelling stories that win deals, accelerate pipeline, and strengthen market position.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in product marketing within B2B SaaS, including leadership experience
  • Deep expertise in positioning and messaging. You’ve built it from the ground up and validated it in market
  • A track record of sales enablement that drove measurable impact on deals and revenue
  • Experience building competitive intelligence programs that influence strategy and sales behavior
  • Strong vertical or segment GTM experience
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills with a high bar for quality
  • Proven ability to operate as a true partner to Sales and Product

  • Experience in identity, security, fintech, or related space is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Own Veriff’s messaging architecture from company narrative to product, persona, and vertical levels.
  • Translate technical differentiation into clear, buyer-facing value that resonates with enterprise customers.
  • Ensure consistency across sales conversations, content, and market-facing communications.
  • Define ICPs, personas, and jobs-to-be-done that are actionable for Sales and Marketing.
  • Own the strategy and output for sales enablement, with a clear focus on improving win rates and deal velocity.
  • Build and maintain a focused, high-impact content set: core pitch, vertical narratives, competitive positioning, and objection handling.
  • Partner closely with Sales leadership to align on priorities and continuously improve what’s used in the field.
  • Drive adoption through training, onboarding, and tight feedback loops.
  • Own Veriff’s competitive strategy, tracking positioning, product evolution, and win/loss dynamics.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable guidance for Sales and updates to positioning.
  • Stay ahead of category shifts across identity, fraud, and trust infrastructure.
  • Own go-to-market strategy for key segments: Financial Services, Marketplaces, and Resellers.
  • Build complete vertical narratives including buyer, problem, solution, proof points, and differentiation.
  • Ensure vertical strategies are activated consistently across campaigns, content, and sales motions.
  • Own GTM for product launches and major releases from positioning through market activation.
  • Partner with Product to ensure commercial readiness including packaging, pricing input, and sales readiness.
  • Define success metrics and feed learnings back into future launches and product strategy.
