Just Right Reader is hiring a Head of Marketing to lead the next stage of our marketing strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role for a strategic, hands-on marketer who understands K-12 education, knows how school districts and states make buying decisions, and can translate literacy impact into compelling campaigns that drive awareness, pipeline, adoption, and renewal. The role will begin as a 90-day contract engagement. During this period, the Head of Marketing will assess the existing marketing function, establish strategic priorities, launch high-impact initiatives, and demonstrate the leadership and operating discipline needed to scale the function. At the conclusion of the initial 90 days, Just Right Reader will evaluate the engagement, business needs, and mutual fit to determine whether to convert the role to a permanent employee position. We have a strong foundation and now we need a marketing leader who can think bigger, operationalize the strategy, measure what is working, and build integrated programs across acquisition, state deals, customer engagement, and expansion.
