About The Position

Our client is an international iGaming game provider developing innovative gaming products featuring unique gameplay mechanics, arcade-inspired experiences, and a data-driven approach to player engagement and retention. With a growing portfolio of games, partnerships with operators across multiple regulated and emerging markets, and ambitious international expansion plans, our client is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead and scale its global marketing function. This is a senior leadership role for a commercially minded and hands-on marketing professional who can build marketing strategy, strengthen brand awareness, support product launches, and drive business growth within the B2B iGaming sector. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the company's global marketing direction while working closely with Product, Commercial, and Leadership teams.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, or Senior Marketing Manager within the iGaming industry.
  • Mandatory experience working for a Game Provider, Slot Provider, Casino Content Provider, or similar B2B iGaming business.
  • Strong track record of building and executing successful B2B marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing international marketing campaigns and supporting commercial growth.
  • Previous experience developing marketing functions, processes, and teams.
  • Deep understanding of B2B iGaming marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of PR, Brand Marketing, Event Marketing, Product Marketing, and Digital Marketing.
  • Commercial mindset with a strong understanding of customer acquisition and business growth.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven approach with strong analytical and reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to operate both strategically and operationally.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive and hands-on approach.
  • Upper-Intermediate English level or higher.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the company's global marketing strategy.
  • Define and strengthen the company's brand positioning within the international iGaming market.
  • Establish, develop, and scale the marketing function in line with business objectives.
  • Create marketing processes, reporting structures, and KPI frameworks.
  • Manage and mentor internal marketing resources and external partners where required.
  • Align marketing initiatives with commercial and product objectives.
  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives aimed at increasing brand awareness and market visibility.
  • Develop and execute PR, content, social media, and thought leadership strategies.
  • Strengthen the company's presence across key industry channels and publications.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance brand recognition among operators, aggregators, and industry stakeholders.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies for new game launches and product releases.
  • Create launch plans and promotional campaigns to maximise visibility and engagement.
  • Translate game mechanics, product features, and differentiators into compelling marketing materials.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Commercial teams to ensure effective product positioning.
  • Support the successful introduction of new games across global markets.
  • Manage the company's participation in international exhibitions, conferences, and networking events.
  • Coordinate pre-event, onsite, and post-event marketing activities.
  • Maximise brand exposure and lead generation opportunities through industry events.
  • Support senior management and commercial teams with event-related marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance across all channels.
  • Track KPIs related to brand awareness, lead generation, engagement, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Utilise data-driven insights to optimise marketing performance and ROI.
  • Produce regular reporting and strategic recommendations for senior leadership.
