About The Position

Tabs is hiring a Head of Private Equity Partnerships to build and lead its private equity channel. The role owns the channel end to end: defining strategy and targets, creating the partner program, and hiring and leading the team. The successful candidate will prioritize firms and engagement approaches, develop repeatable processes that turn relationships into pipeline and revenue, and balance relationship management with building the playbook, reporting, and tooling needed to scale the channel. The role involves developing relationships with private equity firms, operating partners, value creation teams, managing directors, investors, and portfolio CFOs; activating firms and generating portfolio introductions; and owning channel pipeline and revenue performance. The Head will collaborate with partnerships, Sales, Marketing, and Product, represent Tabs at industry events and forums, and bring portfolio feedback into product planning. The position is based at Tabs’ Soho office in New York City.
