About The Position

As the Head of PMO & Product Operations at Capital One, you will build and run the operating backbone for a complex, multi-team organization. You will own how work flows, how capacity is planned and allocated, where operations can run more efficiently, and how the organization connects with the other organizations it depends on and serves. You will work with senior leaders across the company to shape a scalable operating model, then lead a team that turns that model into steady, repeatable execution. The team operates a portfolio of product and risk operations teams with roughly 200 associates whose work drives impact across the enterprise. The leader plays a key horizontal role across various verticals and reports directly to the Managing Vice President of Product. The role is based on salary ranges listed for Richmond, Virginia; Wilmington, Delaware; McLean, Virginia; and New York, New York. It is eligible for performance-based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonuses and/or long-term incentives. Capital One offers a comprehensive set of health, financial, and other benefits; eligibility varies by employment status and management level. Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.
