About The Position

BM Digital is a performance marketing and creator-driven growth company that manages over $500 million in annual media spend across Meta and TikTok, facilitates over 80,000 creator partnerships monthly, and utilizes its proprietary AI platform, Meteoric AI, to guide creative decisions and optimize performance at scale. The company focuses on high-growth consumer brands, emphasizing performance creative that delivers tangible business outcomes. This role is for an individual who has led creative strategy that significantly impacts paid performance, focusing on conversion rather than just aesthetics.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in performance creative, with the majority at an agency managing a large client portfolio.
  • Proven ability to context-switch rapidly between diverse client types (e.g., DTC skincare, fitness apps, consumer tech).
  • Demonstrated experience driving revenue through creative strategy, with a measurable impact on conversion rates and cost per acquisition.
  • Deep fluency in direct response creative, understanding thumb-stopping tactics, conversion drivers, hook diagnosis, and concept iteration/elimination.
  • Strong opinions on effective advertising on Meta vs. TikTok, backed by data from actual accounts.
  • Experience building and developing teams, including junior strategists and challenging senior ones.
  • Ability to run a team managing live client accounts under performance pressure.
  • Experience operating at high volume while maintaining quality, client confidence, and team alignment.
  • Ability to raise the bar without creating chaos and build cultures where creative decisions are evidence-based.

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve the creative product across the entire client portfolio.
  • Set the creative standard across every client, format, and platform.
  • Track emerging trends on Meta and TikTok to translate them into SOPs, playbooks, and best practice frameworks.
  • Develop and mentor a team of performance creative strategists to improve their diagnostic skills, direct response principles, and creative point of view.
  • Build standards, workflows, and SOPs for the production team in collaboration with the lead editor.
  • Ensure creative strategy and creator process are synchronized with the head of talent.
  • Own the creative side of new client onboarding, establishing frameworks for early wins and proof of concept.
  • Serve as the senior creative voice for clients, presenting strategy with conviction, providing direct feedback, and building client confidence.
  • Build frameworks that find early wins fast for new clients.
  • Ensure individual wins compound into repeatable systems.
