Double Good•Chicago, IL

About The Position

Double Good is hiring a Head of Partnerships to own its baseball and softball segment end to end. The role is responsible for setting the segment strategy, growing awareness of Double Good among youth baseball and softball organizations, winning partnerships that bring leagues and districts to the platform, and increasing diamond-sports fundraising activity. The position owns relationships with national, state, and regional partners and the segment’s most important organizers, and determines which events Double Good attends. Success is measured by partnerships signed, organizers won and retained, and fundraising growth in the segment. The Head of Partnerships leads a Market Development Manager and works cross-functionally with Marketing, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. The role is hybrid and based out of Double Good’s downtown Chicago office, with event travel required.
