About The Position

At Truvo, we are building a fully autonomous consumer insurance broker — saving the average household hundreds of dollars on insurance while better protecting people for the worst moments in their lives. We are rewiring a trillion-dollar industry that still runs on phone calls, fax machines, and legacy carrier systems. We raised our seed, built a best-in-class AI-native broker platform with AI agents that quote, bind, and service policies autonomously, and are scaling an exceptional team. We are looking for our first Head of Partnerships to own and build our referral and embedded distribution channel from zero. Insurance's biggest growth lever isn't paid ads — it's trusted referrals from the people consumers already work with: car dealers, loan officers, property managers, fintechs, and tax professionals. You will write the playbook, run the pipeline, and turn this into the company's largest acquisition engine.

Requirements

  • 2–5 years in BD, partnerships, or sales at a fintech, insurtech, or insurance company
  • Existing relationships in at least one target vertical — auto dealers, mortgage/lending, fintech, or property management. Warm intros beat cold outreach every time
  • You build lists, write cold emails, make calls, and treat a "no" as a "not yet"
  • Excited to operate at a small startup where nothing is defined yet, and that's the point

  • Experience running affiliate or referral programs
  • Familiarity with API/widget-based partner integrations

Responsibilities

  • Define target verticals, outreach sequences, pitch decks, partner onboarding flows, and success metrics from scratch
  • 50+ partner conversations a month across auto dealers, loan officers, property managers, fintechs, and tax professionals — you own sourcing, qualification, and close
  • Sign agreements, get partners live on the Truvo portal, and track conversions and revenue attribution
  • Use outbound tooling, automation, and our AI agents to punch far above your weight — no SDR team required
  • Translate partner feedback into product requirements; work with engineering on the features that unlock new verticals
  • Conversion rates, revenue per partner, pipeline health — you live in the dashboards and know your channel cold
