About The Position

Conveo is seeking a senior leader to build and scale the Partnerships function, a nascent but crucial revenue driver for the company. This role is a 'build' role with commercial responsibilities, requiring the individual to define strategy, structure economics, close deals, and create a compounding partner program. The scope includes panels, research agencies, consulting firms, system integrators, and product companies. The successful candidate will take existing early partnerships, which are already generating revenue, and build a scalable, world-class organization around them.

Requirements

  • 20+ years of experience and credibility in research, insights, or enterprise SaaS.
  • A commercial and sales background with proven ability to structure and close deals.
  • Deep knowledge of the research and insights landscape, including agencies, panels, consultancies, and SI firms.
  • A builder mentality, energized by creating something from nothing.
  • A strong network that opens doors and the ability to leverage it to close deals.
  • Skill in selling both TO partners and THROUGH partners.

Responsibilities

  • Build the partnerships function from the ground up, including strategy, partner types, deal structures, and go-to-market motions.
  • Actively source and close partnership deals across panels, agencies, consultancies, SI firms, and product integrations.
  • Structure the economics of partnerships, including referral fees, reseller models, co-selling motions, and revenue shares.
  • Train partner teams on Conveo to enable effective selling and delivery.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to embed partners into enterprise deals.
  • Drive product integration partnerships to expand Conveo's reach.
  • Build a scalable partner program encompassing onboarding, enablement, quality standards, and joint marketing.
