About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to serve as a key member of the leadership team, reporting directly to the CEO. This individual will oversee Human Resources, Information Technology, Logistics, LMA, and Warehouse Operations while driving operational efficiency, strategic execution, and organizational growth. This is a hands-on executive leadership role requiring deep expertise in logistics, warehouse operations, team leadership, and cross-functional business management.

Requirements

  • Proven executive leadership experience overseeing multi-department business operations.
  • Extensive experience in logistics, warehouse operations, and supply chain management.
  • Strong background in HR and operational infrastructure.
  • Experience managing IT or cross-functional technology initiatives.
  • Demonstrated success in scaling operations and improving organizational performance.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic planning abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working directly with C-suite leadership.
  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Distribution, fulfillment, manufacturing, or large-scale operational environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CEO to execute operational strategy and drive company-wide growth.
  • Lead and align core functions including HR, IT, Logistics, Warehouse, and LMA operations.
  • Oversee day-to-day business operations ensuring efficiency, scalability, and performance.
  • Drive logistics, supply chain, inventory, and warehouse optimization. Improve processes, systems, and infrastructure to increase productivity and reduce cost.
  • Lead HR strategy including hiring, employee relations, compliance, and workforce planning.
  • Partner with IT to enhance systems, automation, and operational technology.
  • Establish and track KPIs to ensure performance and accountability across teams.
  • Develop and lead department heads while fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Identify risks, resolve operational challenges, and implement continuous improvements.
