The Head of North America LBM (Lumber and Building Materials) Solutions is a strategic leadership role designed to serve as the authoritative bridge between the North American LBM market and GenetiQ’s internal delivery, product, and development teams. This role is tasked with accelerating customer outcomes, de-risking implementations, and ensuring that GenetiQ operates as a deeply embedded industry partner rather than a reactive software vendor. The mandate empowers this role to influence product direction through the lens of operational reality, ensuring that the software aligns with the commercial and competitive requirements of the USA market. By prioritizing operational outcomes over internal roadmap comfort, the role aims to reduce the time between market demand and usable capability, ultimately strengthening GenetiQ’s commercial credibility and scalability in North America. The Head of North America LBM Solutions acts as the "voice of the market" throughout the entire customer lifecycle, from onboarding and solution design to product evolution. The role is not a passive advisory position but an active leadership function with the following primary objectives: Market Alignment: Ensuring implementations reflect the operational and competitive realities of the North American LBM industry. Operational Integration: Acting as a bridge between USA market demands and internal GenetiQ teams (Delivery, Product, and Development). Industry Partnership: Moving GenetiQ beyond the "vendor" label to become a partner that anticipates customer needs based on deep industry expertise. A key part of this role is to strengthen collaboration across Delivery and Product, connecting teams in the UKI and USA to align market insight, product direction, and customer outcomes.
