AI Acquisition is a $50M+ ARR education business teaching entrepreneurs how to build AI-powered service businesses. This role will own the creative engine behind the business, managing the production of approximately 100 ads per week across three active funnels. The focus is on maintaining quality, generating new creative ideas, and building systems for scalability. This is not a performance marketing strategy role; the CMO and Head of Marketing handle FB-side testing, kill decisions, and media buying. The responsibilities include hitting editing and production deadlines with zero quality errors, generating new creative concepts weekly, managing the editor team and AI ad creation specialists, coordinating script approval, and evolving the workflow systems.
