About The Position

The Head of Managed Solutions leads cross-functional collaboration to advance retirement products, with an emphasis on product innovation and customer satisfaction. The role works with leaders to develop product strategy based on profitability, competitiveness, and performance expectations, and delivers product initiatives with business and technology partners. It determines strategic approaches based on organizational needs and execution roadmaps, and directly manages product teams to drive product vision, roadmap, planning, and delivery.

Requirements

• 10 or more years of work experience.
• FINRA registrations: Series 6 or 7, Series 63, and Series 24.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-functional strategic partnerships across the enterprise to deliver product strategy, innovate offerings, and strengthen product lifecycle operations and client satisfaction.
• Build an in-depth understanding of the business, markets, competition, and user requirements to support competitive product positioning and evidence-based decisions.
• Define product strategy and anticipate and resolve complex operational and process problems throughout product development and modification.
• Partner with technology teams on future-fit operationalization and product lifecycle needs.
• Drive product vision, roadmap, planning, execution, and delivery for the organization’s product suite through direct management of product teams.
• Build measurement into product operationalization, define metrics, monitor product performance, and recommend changes to product features and positioning to improve results.
• Assess product profitability and viability to support organizational objectives and profitability goals.
