As our Head of Inventory Management you will ensure accurate, timely, and efficient management of hardware and asset inventory of hWP and hGP organizations including oversight of other regions including UK & I, Poland, Germany, MX, Chile, Asia, Spain and Central and Eastern Europe. Enable seamless client deployment through proactive inventory planning and controls.

Requirements

Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Management, or related field
Inventory management systems, forecasting, and reconciliation
Supply chain logistics fundamentals
Vendor coordination and operational planning
Data-driven decision making and reporting
Create and nurture vendor relationships creating a strong network to build optionality
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Proactive, risk-aware, and operationally disciplined

Responsibilities

Partner with Product and Commercial teams to forecast inventory needs based on pipeline, launches, portfolio changes, and growth plans.
Manage third-party deployment and logistics partners, including performance oversight, SLAs, capacity planning, and issue resolution to ensure reliable supply and fulfillment.
Own inventory tracking, reconciliation, and controls across the full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, availability and compliance with asset management standards.
Oversee inventory-related financial administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, cash flow tracking, and inventory capitalization.
Provide clear reporting on inventory health, turns, vendor performance and financial exposure.
