As our Head of Inventory Management you will ensure accurate, timely, and efficient management of hardware and asset inventory of hWP and hGP organizations including oversight of other regions including UK & I, Poland, Germany, MX, Chile, Asia, Spain and Central and Eastern Europe. Enable seamless client deployment through proactive inventory planning and controls.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Business Administration, Management, or related field
  • Inventory management systems, forecasting, and reconciliation
  • Supply chain logistics fundamentals
  • Vendor coordination and operational planning
  • Data-driven decision making and reporting
  • Create and nurture vendor relationships creating a strong network to build optionality
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Proactive, risk-aware, and operationally disciplined

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product and Commercial teams to forecast inventory needs based on pipeline, launches, portfolio changes, and growth plans.
  • Manage third-party deployment and logistics partners, including performance oversight, SLAs, capacity planning, and issue resolution to ensure reliable supply and fulfillment.
  • Own inventory tracking, reconciliation, and controls across the full lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, availability and compliance with asset management standards.
  • Oversee inventory-related financial administration, including purchase orders, invoicing, cash flow tracking, and inventory capitalization.
  • Provide clear reporting on inventory health, turns, vendor performance and financial exposure.
