This role is for a Head of Account Management who will inherit a live portfolio of $100K+ clients and a fast-paced Customer Success department. The primary focus is not just to maintain but to expand and build the operating layer that drives client retention, increased purchases, and referrals. The Head of Account Management will own client relationships, retention calls, upsell conversations, and escalations. This position reports into senior leadership, with the expectation to run and grow the department, implementing changes rapidly.
