Head of GTM

Blossom Health•New York, NY
•$150,000 - $250,000•Onsite

About The Position

Blossom Health is hiring a Head of GTM, Strategy & Ops to build and lead its Clinical Partnerships growth channel. The role focuses on developing a repeatable, scalable growth engine through partnerships with primary care physicians and other healthcare providers. The leader will begin by learning directly from the market, understanding referring providers, refining the ideal customer profile, testing the sales motion, and identifying what drives consistent patient referrals. They will turn those learnings into an operating playbook and lead the Clinical Partnerships organization as it expands across territories and nationally. This is a zero-to-one leadership role rather than an opportunity to inherit a mature sales organization. The position reports directly to the Founder CEO and requires being located in New York City, New York.

Requirements

  • Track record of GTM success across sales, partnerships, growth, or GTM, with measurable commercial results personally driven.
  • Experience building, launching, or meaningfully scaling a GTM motion.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment, including comfort with ambiguity, speed, ownership, and intensity.
  • Experience managing high-performing teams, setting goals, coaching effectively, and creating accountability.
  • Strategic and analytical ability to move between high-level strategy and data-informed commercial decisions.
  • Willingness to personally test the sales motion and learn from the market.
  • Understanding of sales funnels, conversion, territories, attribution, incentives, performance management, and GTM organization mechanics.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to build credibility with healthcare providers, motivate a team, and communicate with leadership.
  • Relentless ownership and ability to move quickly and find a way forward with incomplete information.
