Head of GTM (Path to COO)

MutinyNew York, NY

About The Position

We are building the #1 priority of every CEO: company growth. However, business teams responsible for revenue are often hindered by dependencies that prevent them from achieving their goals. Marketing may have a great idea, but design and engineering might not be able to prioritize building the campaign. Sales might need a custom business case to close a deal, but marketing is overwhelmed. These dependencies lead to missed revenue opportunities. Mutiny aims to solve this problem by providing self-improving AI infrastructure for GTM teams to execute faster and close more revenue. Our ambition is to achieve for revenue velocity what Cursor and Claude Code did for engineering velocity. Mutiny empowers sales and marketing teams with AI athletes that handle work across their revenue motion and learn from deal-influencing activities. From entering new verticals and personas to personalizing every customer interaction, Mutiny automates manual work, allowing teams to operate more efficiently. Founded in 2018, Mutiny had achieved significant milestones with $72M raised from YC and Sequoia, and eight-figure ARR from companies like Uber and Snowflake. Recognizing the transformative potential of AI in GTM, the company pivoted six months ago, shutting down the previous SaaS business and rebuilding Mutiny as an agent-first platform for GTM teams with a 15-person in-person team. Following a relaunch in April, the new Mutiny has been recognized by Anthropic as a leader in AI GTM, with MRR growing 10x faster than any previous product, at 100% week-over-week. Customers include Rippling, Uber, Snowflake, Zendesk, and Gusto. We are now looking to grow the team to build a generational company.
