About The Position

Siena is the CX operating system for brands. The product is shipping faster than the market can absorb it. We have the customers, the proof, the momentum. What we need is someone who turns all of that into compounding growth. You will own how Siena grows. New customers, existing customers, and everything between them. Demand creation, product launches, brand, content, expansion, retention as a marketing motion. The full surface area of how the world finds Siena and how Siena keeps the customers it earns. You work directly with both founders. You build the function. You build the team.

Requirements

  • AI-native: Experience building agents and systems, with a proven track record of replacing workflows with AI.
  • A builder mentality: Demonstrated ability to ship products or functions from scratch, operating autonomously without a detailed brief.
  • Strong storytelling skills: Ability to write compelling narratives and translate complex AI products into accessible and desirable offerings.
  • Creative and analytical: A blend of strong taste and data-driven decision-making, comfortable with both campaign concepts and pipeline dashboards.
  • Scrappy and experimental: Ability to ship quickly, experiment constantly, and iterate based on results.
  • Fluent in selling AI: Deep understanding of marketing AI products, with practical experience or extensive study in the field.
  • Curious, customer-obsessed, and takes ownership without being asked.
  • Fixes problems first and explains later.
  • Direct about feedback, both giving and receiving.
  • Maintains high standards while moving at startup speed.
  • Builds real relationships with teammates.
  • Adapts and keeps pushing forward when things get tough.
  • Treats AI like a natural extension of themselves, with experience building personal AI agent ecosystems for research, debugging, writing, analysis, or coding.

Responsibilities

  • Own new customer acquisition, including demand creation across all effective channels (brand, content, social, events, paid, partnerships) to fuel Series A and beyond.
  • Drive existing customer growth through expansion, adoption, and retention marketing efforts, leveraging customer marketing, co-marketing, references, and community building to maximize the value of the 130 brands already served.
  • Manage end-to-end product launches, ensuring each release becomes a market moment through effective positioning, messaging, and distribution.
  • Define and drive category leadership for Siena as the CX operating system for brands, influencing market perception and adoption.
  • Build and maintain Siena's brand and momentum through impactful campaigns, content, and presence, aiming to establish Siena as the leading name in CX AI.
  • Develop and optimize the growth system by building AI agents and workflows that enhance individual productivity and orchestrate growth efforts.
