Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. As our Head of Growth, you will own and scale the company’s growth engine across acquisition, retention, funnel optimization, creative strategy, and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with Leadership, Creative, and Retention teams to drive efficient customer acquisition, improve unit economics, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth. This role is ideal for a highly strategic and analytical growth leader who thrives on ownership, understands performance deeply, and wants the opportunity to help build a best-in-class growth organization inside a rapidly scaling DTC brand.
