About The Position

Mars Men is one of the fastest growing DTC brands in the US, achieving $100M run rate in less then 18 months. Recently backed by L Catterton, Mars Men is positioned to become the leading men’s health brand in the supplement space. We operate across DTC, retail, and emerging channels, and are entering our next phase of growth as we continue scaling the business. As our Head of Growth, you will own and scale the company’s growth engine across acquisition, retention, funnel optimization, creative strategy, and performance marketing. You’ll work closely with Leadership, Creative, and Retention teams to drive efficient customer acquisition, improve unit economics, and build scalable systems that support long-term growth. This role is ideal for a highly strategic and analytical growth leader who thrives on ownership, understands performance deeply, and wants the opportunity to help build a best-in-class growth organization inside a rapidly scaling DTC brand.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of growth, performance marketing, or acquisition leadership experience within high-growth DTC brands
  • Proven experience owning and scaling growth performance with accountability for MER, CAC, LTV, and profitability
  • Deep expertise across paid media platforms including Meta and Google, with experience managing significant advertising budgets
  • Strong understanding of attribution, full-funnel strategy, subscription dynamics, lifecycle marketing, and retention performance
  • Experience partnering closely with Creative teams to drive performance through testing, iteration, and content strategy
  • Highly analytical with strong strategic judgment and the ability to turn complex data into clear decisions and actionable insights
  • Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, high-growth remote environment

Responsibilities

  • Own company-wide growth performance across acquisition, retention, funnel efficiency, and profitable scale
  • Develop and execute growth strategies across paid media, lifecycle marketing, landing pages, creative testing, and customer experience
  • Lead and scale paid media performance across Meta, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Build and maintain structured experimentation roadmaps across audiences, offers, funnels, landing pages, creative, and retention initiatives
  • Partner closely with Creative to define testing priorities, brief high-performing concepts, and guide creative direction using performance insights and customer data
  • Monitor MER, CAC, LTV, contribution margin, retention performance, and other key growth metrics to drive informed decision making
  • Identify and prioritize new growth opportunities across acquisition, conversion rate optimization, retention, and post-purchase experience
  • Own growth reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and weekly performance reviews for leadership
  • Build scalable systems, processes, and operational foundations that support continued company growth
