About The Position

Richpanel is seeking a Head of Growth to establish Richpanel as a recognized name among CX leaders. This role is crucial for expanding Richpanel's market presence beyond its initial Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) success into new areas. The Head of Growth will be responsible for shaping how Richpanel is perceived, discovered, discussed, and ultimately chosen by customers. This multifaceted position integrates brand marketing, product marketing, channel development, and new market exploration, reporting directly to the CEO.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS growth, product marketing, brand management, or category creation.
  • Proven track record of opening new markets, geographies, segments, or verticals from scratch.
  • Demonstrated ability to change market perception and generate qualified pipeline through your work.
  • Understanding of both brand and demand generation, with the ability to integrate them.
  • Clear and effective writing skills, with experience in driving engagement on X (formerly Twitter).
  • Proficiency with channels including PPC, AEO, content marketing, events, and partnerships.
  • Experience in developing positioning, launch plans, sales narratives, or competitive battlecards.
  • Enjoyment of deep research, customer interviews, and field work.
  • Ability to work closely with a founder and make decisions with incomplete information.
  • Daily use of AI for research, drafting, analysis, and productivity.
  • Experience in Ecommerce, DTC, CX, or enterprise AI is beneficial but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Build a memorable brand by clarifying Richpanel's point of view across all platforms (website, decks, events, customer stories).
  • Establish a strong X (formerly Twitter) presence within the DTC, ecommerce, CX, and AI communities.
  • Leverage customer evidence to create shareable content such as posts, case studies, research, and conversations.
  • Identify and refine the core story that resonates with the market by joining sales calls, interviewing customers, lost deals, partners, and operators.
  • Test and validate positioning and offers with actual buyers.
  • Develop battlecards to equip the sales team for success against competitors like Gorgias, Zendesk, Fin, Decagon, and Sierra.
  • Ensure the website and sales pitches accurately reflect buyer perceptions.
  • Diversify and optimize marketing channels (PPC, AEO, content, events, referrals, partnerships) to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Define clear strategies, budgets, and success metrics for each channel.
  • Scale successful channels and discontinue underperforming initiatives.
  • Identify new markets and verticals where Richpanel's product addresses urgent and valuable support challenges.
  • Develop each new vertical from initial research to a repeatable go-to-market motion.
  • Define the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), key triggers, objections, messaging, proof points, channels, and sales plays for new verticals.
  • Expand Richpanel's reach into markets beyond DTC without compromising existing success.
  • Actively participate in writing, research, execution, and customer outreach as a hands-on builder.
