About The Position

Our client operates a network of microschools across 21 states. Our client believes deeply that every parent deserves the right to send their children to a school they love. Unfortunately, most parents cannot access these schools, either because they don't exist near them or they're simply unaffordable. Microschools help to change that reality. These small schools, often between 20 to 40 students, can more deeply personalize learning, better support each child's unique needs, and provide exciting new career opportunities for educators. They can also operate in parts of America that haven't been able to support new schools before, such as rural areas or lower-income communities. Our client is working to accelerate this sector in two ways. First, they partner with exceptional educators to help them start their own microschools. Their school startup accelerator is the largest in the nation and can cut the time and cost to start a new school by 90%. Second, they are building the operating system to power this new generation of schools. Our client is the fastest growing network of its kind anywhere. Their platform helps these schools grow, have greater impact, and change the face of American education. Their long-term vision is bold: to connect 1 million students globally through the power of microschooling. For millions of families and entrepreneurial educators, the right moment to act is now. Our client is backed by Y Combinator, Reach Capital, and other top-tier investors who believe in the future of personalized education. Requirements

  • 10+ years of experience across marketing, growth, and/or sales, including ownership of a revenue or pipeline number.

  • Deep fluency in performance marketing, including paid acquisition, organic search and discovery, lifecycle marketing, attribution, and customer acquisition economics.
  • Experience selling to small operators, entrepreneurs, prosumers, schools, or similar
  • A bias toward action. You are resourceful, entrepreneurial, and excited to build in an environment where priorities evolve and opportunities emerge quickly

Nice To Haves

  • You shape how our client shows up in the world and have the analytical depth to understand exactly where their growth engine is working.

  • You're comfortable creating structure where it doesn't yet exist and figuring things out as you go.
  • You'll grow the team over time, but you should be excited to personally close an important customer, rewrite a landing page, interrogate an underperforming campaign, or develop a new go-to-market experiment.
  • You feel awed by the sense of responsibility the team feels every single day.
