They have facilitated over $250 million in rental payments and have a strong foundation with a lean team. They are hiring a Head of Growth to lead their growth initiatives. The role will have support from a growth+finance leader and an agency, allowing the new hire to add value immediately. The Head of Growth will be responsible for the company's growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, retention, and lifecycle, as well as exploring new channels like outbound, SEO, AEO, and referrals. They will be hands-on for the first six months and will build out a team of two individual contributors initially. The role is expected to leverage AI and LLMs for content systems, creative iteration, and internal tooling to improve speed and quality of work.
