Requirements

• 5+ years in growth marketing with a track record of scaling brands.
• Deep expertise in paid social, SEM, and analytics.
• Proven track record of growing a consumer brand.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Self-starter who moves quickly and makes things happen.
• Master of campaign analytics, measurement techniques, and optimization strategies.
• Equally comfortable leading strategy and rolling up your sleeves to execute.
• Hates when things move slowly and has built a career on out-executing the competition.
• Previously did management consulting / investment banking or seriously considered it.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute data-driven acquisition strategies to hit ambitious growth targets.
• Test, iterate, and double down on what works.
• Launch new campaigns, test bold ideas, and uncover untapped opportunities to drive growth.
• Own a test-and-learn culture to maximize efficiency and impact.
• Build and mentor an in-house team of top talent.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers, ensuring alignment and top performance.
• Own and report on key acquisition and retention metrics.
• Use insights to inform decisions and optimize every part of the funnel.
