About The Position

Agentio enables marketers to buy creator led ads as easily and scalably as Meta or Google ads—automating sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement with AI—so work that took months now happens in minutes. Creator media is the future of advertising. Agentio will be the infrastructure that enables hundreds of billions of paid media dollars, to shift to creators. Our business is hyperscaling, with many thousands of the best creators in the world filling demand from the world’s best brands. To date, we’ve focused on an enterprise-like sales motion, which we’ll continue to do. Getting to where we're going, shifting 50% of total digital ad spend into the hands of creators, requires a separate but parallel motion that supplements our VIP creator acquisition efforts with scaled supply-side product and growth marketing-led acquisition.

As Agentio's first Head of Creator Growth, you'll own that motion: the product loops, referral mechanics, paid and organic channels, and activation systems that bring creators onto the platform and to get them earning fast. Mass-supply marketplace expansion to meet unparalleled demand requires dedicated ownership - and you’ll be that owner. You'll report to the CEO and work closely with CTO, VP of Creator Strategy (VIP creator acquisition), marketing, and strategic finance to build a growth engine from the ground up.

Requirements

• Supply-side growth experience at a marketplace where supply is individual people: creators, gig workers, sellers, or other professionals.
• A track record building referral and incentive systems with real economic design behind them, not flat bonuses that stop working.
• GM instincts: comfortable owning a number, setting the strategy to hit it, and being accountable for the gap.
• Fluency operating at the intersection of product, data, and execution: you build, you instrument, you don't just analyze or execute.
• 8-15 years designing and running scaled supply-side programs that grew well past what a team could execute manually.
• Obsessively AI-native mindset and ways of working.
• Strong command of unit economics and experimentation.

• You are insatiably curious. Constantly reading, listening to podcasts from the best operators and investors, and obsessing over the latest model releases.

• You're comfortable in zero-to-one environments and thrive when you truly own the outcome.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Product to prioritize and sequence the acquisition loops that drive efficient onboarding scale.
• Move our acquisition model from being solely relationship-driven to systematic, without losing the quality that makes the marketplace work.
• Build the paid, organic, and content programs that make Agentio the most important monetization partner to every creator globally.
• Own the launch moments and campaigns that drive creator awareness as we expand to new platforms, geographies, and launch new products.
• Own the self-serve creator journey from first contact to first earnings, driving down time-to-monetization and time-to-meaningful-earnings.
• Create gamification and scaled education to increase creator engagement and success, strengthening Agentio’s data moat and path to success for creators.
• Build full-funnel visibility from first touch through first earnings and referrals, with cohort-level views into what's working, so you always know exactly where the funnel is leaking.
• Partner with GTM leadership on the supply-demand guardrails that keep the marketplace healthy as we scale.
• Partner with finance and leadership to unlock new monetization channels and opportunities.
