About The Position

Nolla is building an ecosystem of care for everyone, aiming to provide AI-driven healthcare that gives every person access to the kind of medicine that used to require a doctor in the family. This is achieved through a consumer app that handles diagnosis, prescription, and treatment tracking end to end, with general primary care launching this summer. The company is at the forefront of medical AI research and is working on peer-reviewed clinical publications. Nolla has raised $6.5M from investors including General Catalyst and Chelsea Clinton's Metrodora.

Requirements

  • Track record of growing a consumer business, with ownership of acquisition and measurable business results.
  • Experience managing and scaling substantial growth budgets while maintaining healthy unit economics.
  • Experience hiring, managing, and developing a growth or marketing team.
  • Experience scaling paid acquisition across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google.
  • Experience building lifecycle programs that improve activation, retention, and customer lifetime value.
  • Strong creative judgment and an understanding of organic social and content.
  • Strong analytical judgment and fluency in CAC, LTV, conversion, retention, and payback.
  • Ability to set strategy and stay involved in execution while building the team.
  • Comfortable with an early-stage environment where the priorities, team, and processes are still taking shape.
  • Takes initiative, gets into the details when needed, and knows when to hire or delegate so the company can move faster.

Responsibilities

  • Own growth across social, paid, organic, and new channels.
  • Build the team and infrastructure to support scaling the monthly growth budget from the low hundreds of thousands to millions.
  • Build the growth function, with ownership of strategy, hiring, budget allocation, and results.
  • Get close to the work early, find what brings people to Nolla and keeps them coming back, and hire great people to scale it.
  • Set targets and allocate budget, using CAC, conversion, retention, and payback to decide where to scale.
  • Own performance across paid acquisition, organic social, SEO, creators, referrals, and new channels.
  • Own paid acquisition across Meta, TikTok, Google, and new platforms, including media strategy, campaign performance, and budget allocation.
  • Build the team and creative testing process to continually launch new ads, learn what converts, and scale winning campaigns.
  • Grow paid spend while maintaining healthy CAC and payback, with clear decisions on when to scale, iterate, or stop.
  • Build a process for producing and testing ad creative, social content, and creator partnerships at scale.
  • Develop organic channels that earn attention and trust and bring people to Nolla over time.
  • Own lifecycle strategy across onboarding, activation, retention, and reactivation, using email, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Build segmented, automated journeys that help people move from signup to first consultation and stay engaged with their care.
  • Work with product to improve conversion and identify why patients drop off or return.
  • Set retention targets and use cohort analysis and testing to improve repeat usage and lifetime value.
  • Put the attribution, reporting, and tools in place to understand performance and make investment decisions.
  • Build the planning, forecasting, and operating processes to support millions in monthly spend without losing visibility into results.
  • Hire and lead people across performance marketing, creative, content, and lifecycle as needs evolve.
  • Decide what to build in-house and where agencies, freelancers, or specialist partners can help.
  • Set clear goals and accountability and stay close enough to the work to keep standards high.
